Wie is verantwoordelijk?

Emorfo, eenmanszaak van Furkan Özyar, gevestigd in Almere (KvK-nummer 99300702), is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens op emorfo.nl. Vragen? Mail naar fo@emorfo.nl.

Welke gegevens verwerk ik en waarom?

Contactformulier

Wanneer je het contactformulier gebruikt, verwerk ik je naam, e-mailadres en bericht, plus een spamscore van reCAPTCHA. Ik gebruik die gegevens alleen om je te antwoorden en eventueel een opdracht voor te bereiden.

  • Grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang (je vraag beantwoorden) en het nemen van stappen voorafgaand aan een overeenkomst.
  • Bewaartermijn: maximaal 12 maanden na het laatste contact, tenzij we samen een opdracht uitvoeren; dan geldt de wettelijke bewaarplicht voor administratie.
  • Ontvangers: de berichten worden verzonden via de e-mailserver van mijn hostingpartij STRATO AG (Duitsland), die als verwerker optreedt.

Google Analytics (alleen met toestemming)

Met jouw toestemming meet ik met Google Analytics hoe de site wordt gebruikt (bezochte pagina's, ongeveer welk apparaat en welk land), zodat ik de site kan verbeteren. Zonder toestemming wordt Google Analytics niet geladen en worden er geen analysecookies geplaatst.

  • Grondslag: toestemming. Je kunt die op elk moment intrekken via "Cookie-instellingen" onderaan de pagina.
  • Cookies: _ga en _ga_*, maximaal 2 jaar geldig.
  • Ontvanger: Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. Gegevens kunnen in de VS worden verwerkt onder het EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Bewaartermijn: de gegevens in Google Analytics worden maximaal 14 maanden bewaard.

reCAPTCHA (noodzakelijk)

Het contactformulier gebruikt Google reCAPTCHA v3 om spam te herkennen. Daarbij worden onder meer je IP-adres en gegevens over je browser en gedrag naar Google gestuurd. Dit is noodzakelijk om het formulier te beveiligen (gerechtvaardigd belang) en staat los van je keuze voor analysecookies. Zie ook het privacybeleid van Google.

Beveiliging en misbruik

Om misbruik van het formulier te beperken, onthoud ik kortdurend een versleutelde (gehashte) vorm van je IP-adres, maximaal 24 uur. Je IP-adres wordt hierbij niet leesbaar opgeslagen.

Lokale opslag in je browser

De site bewaart in je browser je taalkeuze (emorfo-lang) en je cookiekeuze (emorfo-consent). Dit is functioneel en bevat geen persoonsgegevens.

Delen met derden

Ik verkoop je gegevens niet en deel ze alleen met de partijen hierboven die nodig zijn voor hosting, e-mail, spambeveiliging en (met toestemming) analyse.

Jouw rechten

Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie en verwijdering van je gegevens, op beperking van de verwerking, op overdraagbaarheid en op bezwaar. Een verzoek kun je mailen naar fo@emorfo.nl; ik reageer binnen een maand. Ben je het niet eens met hoe ik met je gegevens omga, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Wijzigingen

Ik kan dit beleid aanpassen, bijvoorbeeld als de site verandert. De datum bovenaan geeft de laatste wijziging aan.

Who is responsible?

What data do I process and why?

Contact form

When you use the contact form, I process your name, email address and message, plus a spam score from reCAPTCHA. I only use this data to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare an engagement.

  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (answering your enquiry) and taking steps before entering into a contract.
  • Retention: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless we work together; then the statutory bookkeeping retention period applies.
  • Recipients: messages are sent through the email server of my hosting provider STRATO AG (Germany), which acts as a processor.

Google Analytics (consent only)

With your consent, I use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used (pages visited, roughly which device and country) so I can improve it. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

  • Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
  • Cookies: _ga and _ga_*, valid for up to 2 years.
  • Recipient: Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. Data may be processed in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Retention: data in Google Analytics is kept for up to 14 months.

reCAPTCHA (necessary)

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to detect spam. This sends data such as your IP address and information about your browser and behaviour to Google. It is necessary to protect the form (legitimate interest) and is independent of your choice about analytics cookies. See also Google's privacy policy.

Security and abuse prevention

To limit abuse of the form, I briefly keep a hashed form of your IP address for up to 24 hours. Your IP address is not stored in readable form.

Local storage in your browser

The site stores your language choice (emorfo-lang) and your cookie choice (emorfo-consent) in your browser. This is functional and contains no personal data.

Sharing with third parties

I do not sell your data and only share it with the parties above that are needed for hosting, email, spam protection and (with consent) analytics.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Email your request to fo@emorfo.nl; I will respond within one month. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

I may update this policy, for example when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
